All order are processed within 2-4 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days across India. Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchange
At cherryberry , every product is carefully packed and quality checked before shipping . however, if you receive a damage or defective items we are happy to offer an exchange .
Please Note
No Returns or refunds are accepted for jewellery , hair accessories, or hampaer due to hygien and safety reasons.

The product received is Damaged , defective , or not the item ordered.
A complete and unedited opening video is provided. this video must clearly show:
the outer packaging with the shipping label visible
the seal being opened in a single , continuos shot [ no pauses or cuts]
item being removed and the issue clearly visible
this video is mandatory and will be used to clearly visible
Non Eligibility Conditions
please note that we do not accept return, refund or exchange requests under the following conditions;
if the request is made due to changes of mind, personal preference, or wrong items ordered by the customer
if the product is received late due to courier delays
if a valid opening video is not provided
if the request is made after 48 hours from thr time of delivery.
